for Use of the spd88d Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing any part of the spd88d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and spd88d as the platform operator. This platform operates under international licensing and complies with the standards set by the relevant regulatory bodies.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use spd88d services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling activities is permitted.
• Register only one account in your own name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth and identity card number (MyKad).
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list of any relevant authority.

spd88d reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or bank statement for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification purposes. Failure to comply with verification requests within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

3 Platform Use and General Rules

Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account. spd88d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spd88d platform:

• Use of software, bots, scripts or automation tools to access or manipulate the platform.
• Any form of collusion between players in live games or tournaments.
• Attempts to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair gain.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Transfer of funds between different player accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.

spd88d uses advanced monitoring technology to detect any suspicious activity. Users found to be in breach of any of the above rules will be subject to appropriate action, including account termination without prior notice.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

spd88d supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The conditions relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 for all available payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method chosen and the time the request is submitted.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method registered in the user's name — transfers to third parties are prohibited.
• spd88d reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request that exceeds certain limits.

spd88d does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by spd88d are subject to the specific conditions stated in the respective promotional terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those conditions before accepting any offer.

The spd88d welcome bonus provides a match of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 10 = RM3,000

The spd88d VIP programme comprises five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each with a different weekly cashback rate. Progression to a higher tier depends on playing activity and user loyalty. Diamond tier members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.8%, while Bronze tier members receive up to 0.2%.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

spd88d values the privacy of every user. The collection, processing and use of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you give spd88d consent to process your personal data for the purposes stated in that policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, full name, date of birth, MyKad number, email address, mobile phone number, bank account information and transaction records. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption technology.

7 Limitation of Liability

The spd88d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spd88d makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

spd88d will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions, downtime or technical failures that are beyond our control.
• Game decisions made based on inaccurate information provided by the user.
• Losses incurred during gameplay as a result of legitimate random game mechanics.
• Any unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in keeping your password confidential.

In any event, the maximum liability of spd88d to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the arising of the claim.

8 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting spd88d customer service via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

spd88d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Your account is associated with fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The information you provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, spd88d reserves the right to withhold any balance and winnings in that account while conducting further investigation.
